  By downloading or using Chief of Staff ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.                 

  1. Description of Service                                                                                                                      

  Chief of Staff is a personal productivity app that connects to your email, calendar, contacts, and reminder accounts to organize, classify, and

   surface information that matters to you. All data processing occurs on your device using Apple's on-device intelligence. The App does not

  transmit your personal data to any external servers.                                                                                           

  2. Subscription

  Chief of Staff offers an auto-renewable annual subscription at $12.99 per year (USD). A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.     

  - Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period if not cancelled.            

  - Your subscription automatically renews each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  - You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store.                              

  - No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their

  refund policies.                                                                                                                               

  3. Account Access                                                                                                                              

  The App connects to third-party email, calendar, and contact services (such as Google, Microsoft, Apple iCloud, and Yahoo) using credentials   

  and permissions you provide. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and credentials. The App stores credentials

  locally in your device's Keychain and does not share them with any third party.                                                                

  4. Privacy

  Your privacy is fundamental to Chief of Staff. All email classification, summarization, and draft generation is performed on your device. No   

  email content, calendar data, contacts, or personal information is uploaded to our servers. For full details, see our

  5. Acceptable Use

  You agree to use the App only for lawful personal and professional productivity purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute

   the App.

  6. Intellectual Property                                  

  Chief of Staff, its design, code, and branding are the property of Jacob Douylliez. All rights reserved.                                       

  7. Disclaimers                                                                                                                                 

  The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that email classifications, priority assessments, or draft     

  responses will be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing all content before sending.

  We are not responsible for any actions taken based on the App's suggestions, classifications, or generated content.                            

  8. Limitation of Liability                                                                                                                     

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jacob Douylliez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from

   your use of the App.                                     

  9. Changes to These Terms                                                                                                                      

  We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material      

  changes will be communicated through the App or App Store listing.
